Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cups are a delightful and easy-to-make dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with a crunchy strawberry topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
  5. Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker layer.
  7. Top with chopped strawberries and drizzle with strawberry syrup.
  8. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
