  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
