Smash Burger Tacos are a quick and delicious fusion of classic smash burgers and tacos, perfect for a 10-minute dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little cooking oil.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and form into balls.
  3. Place each ball in the skillet and smash down with a spatula to form patties.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. While the patties are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
  6. Once the patties are done, place them on the warmed tortillas.
  7. Add shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions on top of the patties.
  8. Fold the tortillas over the fillings and serve immediately.
