- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
