A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring cheesy ground beef and rice, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in rice, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
