A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake banana pudding cheesecake that combines the flavors of banana pudding and cheesecake for a delightful dessert.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  5. Layer sliced bananas over the crust, then spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
  6. Pour the banana pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Garnish with additional whipped topping and banana slices before serving.
