A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake banana pudding cheesecake that combines the flavors of banana pudding and cheesecake for a delightful dessert.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  6. Fold the banana pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Layer sliced bananas on top of the crust, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and banana slices if desired.
