  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries and half of the sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the berry mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the cobbler batter over the berries, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
