2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter until crumbly.
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Gently fold in the raspberries.
