A quick and fluffy breakfast sandwich made with keto cloud bread, perfect for a gluten-free diet.

  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. In the bowl with egg yolks, add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  4. In the bowl with egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before using as sandwich bread.
