A spicy and creamy chicken salad inspired by jalapeño poppers, perfect for a low-carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix everything until well combined.
