- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
