  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
