A refreshing and creamy dessert perfect for hot summer days, combining the tangy flavor of lemonade with a smooth, frozen texture.

  • 1 cup lemonade concentrate
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the lemonade concentrate, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemonade mixture until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter to form the crust.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a pie dish.
  6. Pour the lemonade filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh lemon slices.

Notes

  • For a sweeter pie, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
  • Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
