- 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup kataifi pastry, shredded
- ½ cup melted butter
