A delicious and easy-to-make crustless taco pie that is perfect for keto dieters and will satisfy even those who aren’t following a keto lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and half of the cheese.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased pie dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the beef.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes, black olives, and the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
