2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup banana pudding mix
2 cups milk
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
Fold the banana pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
