A simple and nutritious crustless quiche made with cottage cheese and spinach, perfect for a high-protein meal.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture and stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
