  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Add diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, diced onions, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
