Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond milk, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
