A deliciously rich and moist coconut cream earthquake cake that melts in your mouth, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and coconut cream until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool before serving.
