  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup cherry bourbon
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, cherry bourbon, BBQ sauce, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve with additional BBQ sauce for dipping.
