  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups frozen French fries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with frozen French fries and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
