  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, lemonade, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in lemon zest and butter until melted.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Top with whipped cream before serving.
