  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
