A delicious fusion of classic banana pudding and creamy cheesecake, perfect for dessert lovers.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the mashed bananas until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
  8. In another bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  9. Spread the banana pudding over the cooled cheesecake.
  10. Top with whipped cream and garnish with banana slices.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use ripe bananas.
