A delicious and creamy banana pudding cheesecake that combines the flavors of classic banana pudding with a rich cheesecake, perfect for dessert lovers.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Additional banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  5. Stir in the mashed bananas and banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Gradually add milk, mixing until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, top with whipped topping and banana slices.

Notes

  • For a stronger banana flavor, use more mashed bananas.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
