½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 cup whipped topping

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the mashed bananas and banana pudding mix until fully incorporated.
Gradually add milk, mixing until smooth.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes
For a stronger banana flavor, use more mashed bananas.
