  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and water to form a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  4. In another bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
