A delicious and easy casserole recipe that transforms leftover turkey or chicken into a comforting dish.

  • 4 cups leftover turkey or chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey or chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
