Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and caramelized.
  4. Add broccoli and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
