- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Black food coloring
- White chocolate, melted (for spiderweb decoration)
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition, then stir in sour cream and heavy cream.
- Divide the batter in half and mix black food coloring into one half.
- Pour the plain batter into the crust, followed by the black batter, swirling gently to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once chilled, drizzle melted white chocolate in a spiderweb pattern on top of the cheesecake.
- Garnish with plastic spiders for a spooky touch before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter.
- For a more intense black color, add more food coloring as needed.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating to avoid cracks.
