Delicious Spiderweb Brownies with gluten-free and dairy-free options, perfect for Halloween or any festive occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or any dairy-free milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (for spiderweb decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely before decorating.
  8. For the spiderweb, melt the white chocolate chips and use a piping bag to create a web design on top of the brownies.
