  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and gochujang, mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cucumber, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds.
