- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
