Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, flour, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, adding water if necessary to achieve a workable consistency.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
