  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the beef cubes.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the bell peppers, beef broth, diced tomatoes, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
