  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, ground ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce 30 minutes before serving.
