  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, followed by the cooked beef mixture, green beans, corn, and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
