A quick and easy recipe to make delicious pepperoncini pickles that can elevate any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash the pepperoncini peppers and slice them in half.
  2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and dill seeds.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar and salt dissolve.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Place the sliced peppers in a jar and pour the vinegar mixture over them.
  6. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier pickle, add red pepper flakes to the brine.
  • These pickles can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
