  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced bell peppers, onion, and garlic; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  5. If desired, sprinkle cheese on top and cover until melted.
