  • 2 cups green beans, fresh or frozen
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked rice and green beans to the beef mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
