  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas with melted coconut oil.
  3. Add the brown sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix well.
