  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the elbow macaroni and cook until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
