  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the medjool dates and walnuts. Process until finely chopped.
  2. Add cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  3. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
