Delicious and easy-to-make no-bake keto chocolate mint bars that satisfy your sweet tooth without the carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and powdered erythritol.
  2. Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and peppermint extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish evenly.
  4. Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
