  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
