1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
