Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
