Low Carb Pizza Casserole is an easy keto dinner recipe made with all of your favorite pizza toppings, perfect for a satisfying meal without the carbs.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add bell peppers, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef and vegetable mixture.
  5. Spread marinara sauce over the top.
  6. Layer pepperoni slices and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
