Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cooked lentils
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add vegetable broth and cooked lentils to the pot.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
