Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add sliced zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, and corn to the skillet. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
