1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
2 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chorizo, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, eggs, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Spread the dough evenly on a greased sheet pan.
Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread marinara sauce over the top.
